All men must register for the Selective Service at age eighteen (18), between ages 18 and 26. Either answer is acceptable.
The Selective Service System maintains a database of men who could be called for military service if Congress reinstates the draft. The U.S. hasn't had a draft since 1973, but registration is still required by law.
Failing to register can affect naturalization applications, federal student aid, and federal employment.
Say: 'At age eighteen' or 'between eighteen and twenty-six.'
